Last law and monitoring - what is the Real Deal on that?

It is well known that the United States, you can stop a person without a probable cause, and you are not authorized to retain. It is the rules that we must protect the freedom and freedom in our great nation. Of course, these last ten years, and in the era of international terrorism, some people try to rethink some of these things to protect our citizens. That is why we have the Department of Homeland Security or DHS.

There was an article interesting in Homeland Security News online on June 9, 2011 in the category of the technology of the application of the Act of law recently published, the title of the article was "A Machine that predicts Crime", and section said.

It is estimated by the industrial complex of intelligence that such systems of surveillance in airports could help the problematic persons profile and potential terrorists. The name of this technology is called "Future attribute Screening Technology" or FAST, and it is real science behind this. You see people are acting nervous, or walk a certain way or act a certain way will be often severed by their behavior and their future evil intention, steal, or commit a terrorist act.

Anyone who has ever "people watched" knows that there are subtle signs that people make when they are shaded characters. Have an electronic surveillance system that collects these minor clues to the future behaviour could save lives. Of course, unfortunately this resemblance to the "Division Pre-Crime" which has been described in the famous Hollywood film with Tom cruise. "Minority Report" - and so there is certainly critical, even if this electronic profiling system works very well.

Now and then, if a terrorist is arrested at the airport of behavior suspicious and detained, and then it is later discovered that they had a criminal intent, the case could be thrown because they were arrested without probable cause. In theory, even if it is an electronic system that profiling, we know that, it is beyond the rules of our criminal justice laws.

There will be some interesting cases which comes on in the future more and more these systems are integrated in the airport terminals, railway stations, bus stations in other locations such as buildings of the Government in the future. Indeed, I hope that you please consider all of this and think, specifically the ramifications to the criminal law.
